If you have a stuffy nose, the most important thing to do to help get some relief is to clear out that congestion. Having a stuffy nose is made so much worse when you’re struggling to breathe properly. One of the best home remedies to get some relief for a stuffy nose is to get some steam going for yourself. The good news is it’s super easy to make happen, too. All you need is hot water, you can do this in a shower, bath, or with a bowl and towel over your head. Whatever method you choose to use, make sure you get the water hot and really allow your nasal passages to soak in that steam to get some relief and loosen up the ‘stuff.’ You may need to do this a couple days, but many people find that they start to experience some great relief with their breathing and stuffiness from the steam.
