Incorporate Some Specific Foods
Doesn’t it always seem like one of the best parts of having a gorgeous glow is that you feel/look a little more youthful?  The good news is there’s been a lot of research that has found incorporate certain foods into your diet more regularly have been found to have major anti-aging properties AND help give your skin that gorgeous glowy look.  You’re going to want to look for food that’s loaded with beta-carotene, not sure what that includes?  Carrots, pumpkins and sweet potatoes are some of the main foods that are known to include beta-carotenes.  In addition to adding more beta-carotenes into your diet, you’re going to want to make sure you’re not slacking on your fruit and veggie intake.  Fruits and veggies are both known to help your skin develop and maintain that youthful, flawless glow.

Moisturize Like It’s Your Job
That’s right, you need to be THAT serious about moisturizing if you want to really maintain that glow from the summer.  As we make our way into fall, the climate tends to get drier and when we’re in a drier climate our skin tends to become drier as well (causing flakiness and goodbye glow).  In order to prevent that from happening, you’re going to need to amp up your moisturizing routine.  This could mean switching your moisturizer to something that’s a bit creamier and heavier to really reap the benefits of a moisturizer (as long as your skin can handle it).  In addition, it’s important to make sure you’re moisturizing your entire body – not just your face.  You can even take your moisturizing game up a notch by incorporating a moisturizer that’s also made up of self-tanning benefits.  This way you’re getting a little 2-in-1 bonus and REALLY maintaining that summer glow.

Make Sure You’re Drinking Plenty Of Water
Like we said, fall weather means drier weather which also means you’re going to need to step up your water intake even more.  You already know drinking water is important to your health, it’s also really important to maintaining hydration AND your glow from the summer.  Even if you’re drinking a lot of water, re-evaluate how much water you’re drinking in a day to make sure you’re TRULY getting enough in your body throughout the day.  Staying hydrated is one of the most important steps to keeping your glow in the fall.

Of course, don’t forget to exfoliate on a regular basis to keep your skin healthy and glowing!
