Steps To Get Your Revenge Body

Revenge body…it’s a phrase that’s been gaining a lot of momentum.  Khloe Kardashian has become known for her own revenge body after a pretty rough breakup herself.  So much so that she’s even started a show around the topic.  You may have experienced a certain situation or relationship yourself that has left you wanting to work on your own revenge body, but as an everyday person you don’t necessarily have the same resources celebs like Ms. Kardashian does.  Since we know we’ve ALL wanted to have a revenge body, we thought it would be the perfect time to share some steps to get your revenge body.

Make a Plan
So you want a revenge body, but you also have a life.  The truth is, getting a revenge body means something totally different to everyone, so you first need to think about what your ultimate goals are for your body as you go through this process.  Having a goal in mind is helpful in really ensuring that you’re working towards something specific in mind.  Once you’ve decided on your goal, it’s time to think about what you need to do in order to reach that goal.  Figure out what’s going to be realistic for you and your lifestyle.  If you work 60-70 hours a week, it may not be realistic to try to work out 7 days a week for multiple hours a day.  Get serious and real with yourself to consider what type of fitness and nutrition schedule is going to work with your lifestyle and schedule the best.  Because let’s face it, if we have to completely change our lives, it’s hard to stick with it.  So choose a time frame and schedule that’s realistic and something you’ll actually want to stick with.

Get Support
Any time you’re going through a change, it’s important to have a support system.  This is especially true when it comes to a weight loss/body change, since it’s definitely a lifestyle change.  Having a support system to keep you in check and on point is essential to really helping you to achieve your results.  We all have times when we want to quit, so having those people to support you and remind you of your goals is going to be a huge asset.

Enjoy the Process
Remember at the end of the day, you’re working on this revenge body for YOU.  To help yourself enjoy the process, set mini goals and pamper yourself and splurge on something you really enjoy.  If you don’t have fun with it, it’s much harder to actually stick with.  Try switching up the way you wear an outfit, or buy yourself something new.  Treat yourself like a queen (or king) as you go through it, you deserve it!  We’re also big on taking pictures throughout your process, so you can really see from a different perspective your process and changes as you go throughout the journey.  Odds are it’ll help you to enjoy the process a little more, too!
