Try Out The Three E’s In 2017

It’s a new year!  Are you ready for a new you?  Not that there’s anything wrong with you already!  But there’s definitely something about the start of a new year that has us all ready to make some changes in ourselves and our lifestyle.  Truthfully, to really get a well rounded start to the new year (or any new beginning really) it’s all about really finding some balance in your life and, well…enjoying life more!  We thought you may be eager to try out the three E’s in 2017.  Not sure what we mean by the three E’s?  You know we’re going to share ALL the details so keep reading!

Exercise Daily
The first E is exercising daily.  There’s something about exercise that gets kind of a bad rap, in the sense that so many of us feel like it’s a chore.  Even though we all know that it’s really great for our health and state of mind.  We’re encouraging you to try it out, get some exercise daily as we start 2017.  We’re not saying that you have to jump to the gym and start exercising for hours at a time, there are plenty of ways for you to get exercise daily.  But research has found time and time again that getting exercise daily is crucial to our health in SO many ways, and we know you want to be healthy this year, and for years to come.  Make a pact with yourself to start finding some way to exercise daily, you won’t be disappointed.

Eat Right
We know, we know…eating right is kind of like exercising.  It sometimes gets a negative vibe, but we ALL know that eating right is essential to our health short and long term.  It’s the start of a new year, and the perfect time to start a new beginning for yourself with your eating habits.  Don’t think that eating right has to mean that you’re making major changes in drastic ways, start small if it feels overwhelming at first.  But getting into the mode of eating right will not only help your health, but you will definitely feel better.  Even if it means cutting back on some of your favorite indulgences, you can still enjoy food that you love, but reeling it in can really be beneficial as we start a new year.

Enjoy Time with Family & Friends
It’s not ALL about diet and exercise, we want you to start enjoying LIFE a little bit more.  So many of us get caught up in daily life with work and getting our obligations done, we forget to actually step back and take some time to enjoy time with family and friends.  Make a conscious decision to spend some quality time with the ones you love most.  In the new year, and a new beginning, it’s such a great time to evaluate how and where you spent most of your time last year – if you’re like so many of us, you didn’t spend as much time with your loved ones as you’d like.  But the great thing is you get to change that this year.
