Activated charcoal has been growing significantly in the natural skin care world. Many skin concerns and struggles are related to inflammation and our skin not having enough protection naturally. Antioxidants are incredible at providing a protective barrier to our skin and helping our skin to really heal itself from a lot of common struggles. In addition, inflammation has been found to be the culprit of many issues in the skin. There are quite a few ways to use turmeric in your skin care routine, the most common is in the form of creating a mask.
Using snails in your skin care routine is probably not something you would normally think of, but it’s been utilized for quite some time with great results. Just so we’re clear this isn’t putting actual slims on your face, but rather the slime (for lack of better term) from snails. As it turns out that slime snails leave behind helps in a variety of ways for the skin. It’s been found to help restore skin that’s been damaged, add more moisture to the skin’s surface, and even assist in obtaining a more even complexion.
